The Team
There are two of us who’ll be cycling the Trail and then a few others behind the scenes who’ll be working as our support team. We thought we’d stick a little information up about each of us for those interested.
Rob
Rob works in IT and spends most of his day sat on his backside in an office. He’s looking forward to getting fit again and having a project outside of work to get his teeth into. Rob’s wife (Gina) beat cancer whilst she was still in her teens. Gina’s Dad and Grandad both died of cancer. Rob’s saw his Mum beat cancer twice before going out and doing stuff for charity herself. Unfortunately she died (from cancer) in February 2007.
Terry
Terry also works in IT and as a consequence also spends most of his day sat on his backside in an office. He’s spent the last year renovating his home so is quite active already; however he’s looking forward to being able to raise money for a worth while cause. Unfortunately Terry has lost both his parents to cancer in the last ten years.
